As the CEO of AnDek Staffing Services, Karen is responsible for business development, client services, and corporate support services. Throughout her successful career she worked with several regional staffing companies, progressing from Recruiter, Branch Manager and Area Manager to business owner when AnDek Staffing Services, Inc. was launched in 2007. With more than 25 years of business development and management experience her talent is in building partnerships and servicing our clients.
Mindy has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. She started her career in staffing in 1988 with a regional staffing company as a Recruiter and continued to expand her role into various areas of leadership. After 20 years with handling all aspects of sales and service as an Area Manager she transitioned to AnDek when launched in 2007. She is passionate about AnDek Staffing, and her passion is to ensure that all members of the AnDek team provide an exceptional experience each and every placement.
Director of Client Services
Robert started his career in the staffing industry in 2001 as a Recruiter for a national staffing company. He quickly moved into managing some of their largest on-sites, with sales over $5 million. As Director of Client Services, his day-to-day responsibilities include increasing efficiencies, reducing workers’ compensation costs, and maximizing client relationships. He oversees service delivery, recruiting and best practices and is instrumental in servicing and maintaining partnerships with our clients.
Karen began her staffing industry career in 1987 with a small startup staffing firm as their Accounting Manager. With 30 years of experience ranging from startups to multi-million dollar companies, she brings well rounded, back office and support knowledge to AnDek, along with a strong emphasis on customer service. Karen handles the daily accounting activities, compliant issues and works closely with our internal staff to further insure our customers and workers needs are met.
