We are here and ready to help you with whatever staffing needs you have. Here are the the three types of staffing options we have:

Temporary Work

Temporary employees are employed for the duration and/or completion of a contract.

Temp to Hire

Temp-to-hire employees begin working in a temporary capacity, with the possibility for contract renewal or permanent employment upon completion of the contract.

Direct Hire

Direct-hire placements occur when a company is looking for a permanent employee to join their team. Once we have identified a qualified candidate, the company pays a placement fee and the candidate becomes an employee of their company.

Do I have to pay to use your service?

No. The company that is seeking to fill the position pays us directly to help them find the right person. You don't pay anything and money is never taken out of your paycheck.

What are the benefits to using a staffing service?

Staffing services know how to make the job process faster, easier and better. This means less wasted time, less training, and access to more opportunities or candidates than you could find on your own. This is what we are best at, and it's free for the job seeker.

What if I don't have any work experience?

Everyone starts somewhere, and we are here to help you get started. Come meet with us to see what entry-level positions we have so we can help get you find a new job opportunity as soon as possible!

What industries do you service?

Most commonly we help fill positions in the clerical, industrial, manufacturing, technical and healthcare sectors, but we service other industries as well!

What geographical areas do you serve?

We primarily service the Orange County region. If you are looking for direct hire placements, we can service anywhere in the country!

What if I am not happy with the position you find for me?

What do I need to bring with me when I come in to apply?

If you have a resume, please make sure to bring it with you (if you don't, that's ok, we can help you create one). Also, please bring documentation that demonstrates your employment eligibility in the U.S. Lastly, if you have any special certifications, please bring those with you as well.

AnDek Staffing is a full service ‘one stop shop’.  Some of our most popular niches are aerospace, nutraceutical, and electronic manufacturers, along with distribution and logistics companies. Within each industry we place clerical, industrial, technical, and engineering employees. Whether the position is entry level to management, our Recruiting Specialists have extensive knowledge in any potential positions you are seeking to fill.

How does AnDek handle the sourcing and selection process?

Our Recruiting Specialists carefully screen every candidate, to assess skills, knowledge, and abilities. We are partnered with various employment marketplaces where our team sources and identifies qualified talent, conducts multi-phase interviews with all candidates, and remains involved in the full cycle recruiting process. All of our recruiters handle all aspects of hiring, from initially identifying talent to onboarding a new hire.

What is your candidate screening process?

Our extensive screening process can be catered to whatever your company's needs may be. Being that we service many clients in many different industries, we have the capability of mirroring your onboarding requirements to ensure a smooth transition when/if your organization chooses to hire an AnDek employee. We E-verify all of our employees, have partnerships with background screening companies who can assist with references, credit checks, criminal reports, etc. We also have the capability to conduct pre-employment physicals if needed, drug screens, etc. In addition to pre-employment screening, our recruiters are extremely thorough when it comes to screening for skills, experience, and industry-specific knowledge needed to be successful in their new position.

How and when can we hire a temporary employee to join our permanent team?

After the AnDek employee has worked the agreed upon contracted hours, they are eligible for conversion and may be taken on as a permanent employee of your organization at no additional cost.

What's included in your service rate?

Our service rates include comprehensive employment services. Our service rates include all government related costs and all associated employer taxes. In addition to pre-employment screening services, our service rates consider various resources utilized by our recruiting team to identify the very best talent for your organization.  

How do you generate our bill rate?

We take many factors into consideration when determining a bill rate for our customers. We look at the pay rate you would like to offer your employee/s, determine the difficulty of the position/s being recruited for, assess the worker's compensation cost associated with your business' industry, account for various taxes, and evaluate screenings costs.
