Mindy possesses over 40 years of experience in the staffing industry, she is a true visionary and driven entrepreneur who has founded a woman-owned business that has employed thousands in our community. As President, Mindy brings her faith and family values to the forefront of her company. When Mindy is not busy leading her company, she enjoys spending time with her family, servicing her community, and traveling with friends.

Karen Danielson

She is responsible for managing branch resources, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing our recruiting staff. With over 30 years of experience, Judy is the go-to person for all things "AnDek." She is an ultimate recruitment champion, and an even better manager. When she's not busy leading the team to victory or scouring the latest job postings, you can find her spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their adorable Aussie-doodle puppy, LoLo.
