With over 40 years of experience in business leadership, Raymond has earned a reputation as a visionary entrepreneur with a talent for recognizing opportunity and a heart for helping people succeed. Raymond purchased the company from its founders, Mindy Decker and Karen Danielson. Under his leadership, AnDek Staffing continues the legacy of being a trusted partner for companies seeking reliable, high-quality talent and for workers seeking fulfilling careers. Raymond’s approach is simple: lead with integrity, serve with excellence, and build relationships that stand the test of time. Beyond the boardroom, he’s a devoted husband and father, an avid outdoorsman, and a lifelong learner who believes the best investment any leader can make is in people.

Carolyn is a passionate and people-focused leader with over 35 years of experience. While her expertise is deeply rooted in Human Resources, Carolyn’s ability to recognize challenges, develop innovative solutions, and lead with purpose has left a meaningful impact and made her a trusted advisor across all aspects of staffing and workforce management. Carolyn’s leadership style has successfully guided teams through change with clarity and confidence. She believes in leading with integrity and always making sure people feel valued and heard. She fosters an approachable and inclusive environment for colleagues, staff, and clients alike - an extension of her collaborative leadership grounded in integrity, ethics, and compassion. Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys traveling…preferably where it is warm and sunny. She is devoted to family and cherishes spending time with her husband, children, and four beautiful grandchildren, as well as a close circle of friends she considers family.

Robert's extensive experience in recruiting and client services has provided him with a deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction. He has worked with various companies in different industries, including finance, engineering, and technology, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. With more than 20 years of experience and an eagle eye for talent, Robert is like a hiring superhero. But he's not just all business - he's also a professional meme connoisseur and movie buff. In addition to being a seasoned professional with a passion for client satisfaction, he also has a passion for fatherhood. As a father, he is an expert at spoiling his daughter with love and affection.

She is responsible for managing branch resources, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing our recruiting staff. With over 30 years of experience, Judy is the go-to person for all things "AnDek." She is an ultimate recruitment champion, and an even better manager. When she's not busy leading the team to victory or scouring the latest job postings, you can find her spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their adorable Aussie-doodle puppy, LoLo.

Meet Briana, our Office Coordinator, who is known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. She efficiently manages office operations, from coordinating meetings and events to ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
